Cube Chicken Steak
- One pound of the cube steak is required to make a good meal of chicken fried steak. You can cut this chicken steak into 4-6 portions. Using the fresh chicken is good for this recipe but you can also use the frozen chicken fillets.
All-purpose flour
- Half a cup of all-purpose flour is required to make the air fryer chicken steak. The flour coating on the chicken helps to achieve a more crispy layer on the outside and the perfectly cooked skin of the chicken.
Garlic Powder

Butter
- Two tablespoons of melted butter are required to make the gravy or the sauce for serving your steak. You can either use the already melted butter or melt it during the process.
Flour
- Flour is an essential ingredient in this recipe. You will have to use at least two tablespoons of flour or more while making the gravy for your steak. Sift the flour in a small container and put it aside to be used later.
Milk
- 3/4 cup of milk is required to make the sauces with good consistency. It should be a little liquid so that you can drizzle it on top of your steak for the perfect flavor. You can also add cheese into this sauce but the milk is the basic ingredient.
Salt and Pepper
- The most basic seasonings like salt and better are obvious for the gravy. You can add them in a suitable quantity according to your requirements. Do not add too much but just for a slight flavor.
