    • Place the tri-tip cubes in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, making sure it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

    Prepare the Skewers:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
    • Thread the marinated tri-tip cubes onto the skewers, alternating with the bell peppers, onion pieces, and cherry tomatoes.

    Air Fry the Brochettes:

    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
    • Place the assembled brochette skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
    • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through the cooking time. Cook until the tri-tip is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

    Rest and Serve:

    • Once done, remove the brochette tri-tip from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
