Mozzarella Cheese

Pizza is incomplete without the cheese as  bison burger. Therefore, at least 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese is required for this recipe. The cheese pulls in the homemade air-fried pepperoni pizza making it a great deal. I cannot do pizzas with less cheese in it.

Melted Butter

At least 1/4 cup of melted butter is needed to make the air fryer pizzas at home. Butter is essential for greasing and the softness in the dough of pizza as charbroil turkey. Without butter or any other greasing, you will end up burning your pizza.

Garlic Powder

Half a tablespoon of garlic powder is a good seasoning for making the pizza bombs. Garlic powder always gives subtle flavor to your dishes.

Italian Seasonings

Italian seasonings are essential for developing the actual pizza flavor in your pizza bombs. Without the mandatory Italian seasoning, your pizza bombs will not have any flavor like  batter.

Pizza Sauce

Half a cup of pizza sauce required to spread it on the dough. The pizza dough is usually completely covered in the pizza sauce. This gives a great flavor to every bite of the pizza sauce. The pizza sauce should be present in your fridge as you can also use it for several other purposes.

Instructions to Make the Air Fryer Pizza Bombs

Making the pizza bombs is much easier in case you own an air fryer. Air fryers are the best way to get the most crispy snacks and appetizers at home like waffles . All you have to do is stuff the pepperoni and the rest of the ingredients like the cheese and spices inside the biscuits and then air fry them to get a crispy crust.

Preparing the Crust and Pepperoni Stuffing

First of all, you have to prepare the biscuits and the pepperonis. For this purpose, open the can of the biscuit and separate them in halves. Spread them on a separate plate.

They bring the pepperoni and cut the pepperoni slices into quarter pieces. Bring the sliced biscuits and stuff the pepperoni inside these pieces.  This feels like stuffing the  sandwiches.

Then you have to bring the cheese slices and fill them inside the biscuits. The filling goes like the pepperoni slices are topped with the cheese slice inside the two thick biscuit slices.

Then fold the edges of the biscuits in such a way as to cover the pepperoni and the cheese slices properly inside the biscuits. After folding make small balls of the stuffed biscuits by rolling them. The basic purpose of rolling  to prevent the cheese from coming out once it gets melted.

Filling up the Air Fryer Basket

Bring the stuffed biscuits and start putting them inside the air fryer basket. Make sure to leave spaces among the biscuits so that they  cooked properly and there will  no mess inside the air fryer basket. The hot air will flow smoothly inside the air fryer to cook your food evenly.

Preparing the Spice and Seasoning

To prepare a seasoning mix, add the melted butter in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Bring the garlic powder and also add Italian seasoning to it. Mix well using a spatula or a hand mix.

Bring this butter mix and brush it at the top of the biscuits that you have put inside the air fryer basket before cooking. This helps to give a beautiful golden brown color like   pork tenderloin to your pizza bombs. As soon as you add pepperoni to your biscuits, they instantly turn into pizza bombs.

Setting up the Time and Temperature

The temperature for cooking the pizza bombs in the air fryer should be 350 degrees. Preheat the air fryer at this temperature for 1-2 minutes. The cooking period for the perfect crispy pizza bombs should be only 5-6 minutes.
