Ingredients 

  •   1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  •   2 cups buttermilk
  •   1 cup all-purpose flour
  •   One tablespoon of seasoned salt
  •   ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
  •   1 cup panko bread crumbs
  •   cooking spray

Equipment

Instructions 

Marinate the Chicken:

Put all the marinating ingredients in a bowl and mix. Turn the Chicken over so that both sides get a thin layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

2 cups (480ml) Buttermilk, full-fat, two tablespoons hot sauce, two tablespoons pickle juice, ten chicken thighs

Prepare the flour coating:

Mix ginger, garlic, sweet smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. For marination,2 cups (250g) self-rising flour, two teaspoons cornstarch, one tablespoon black pepper, two teaspoons smoked paprika, two teaspoons garlic cloves, one teaspoon white pepper, two teaspoons salt.

 Coated Chicken pieces:

Take out each chicken piece and coat it well.

Coat the Chicken in flour until it is completely coated, then spray some oil it with olive oil using a spray bottle. Repeat this with the remaining Chicken and fry it for 10 minutes.
